- 2 tbsp olive oil

There are so many different ways to prepare a decent curry dish, you can use your own favorite vegetables and your own mix of spices. Few days ago I’ve eaten one of the best muffins ever – basic coconut muffins. I didn’t bake them by myself, but as usual once I’m given something delicious I later try to do it by myself. I didn’t have the exact recipe, only some hints on how to make them, so my version differs a lot. And even though they are not as tasty as the one I tried, they are tasty enough to share with others.
