Breakfast in 5 minutes

I never go outside without a breakfast. Especially when I have a lot to do, a lot of work, a lot of running and consequently a lot of energy needed. And even though my breakfast usually consists of some cereals, musli or oatmeal, from time to time I also choose vegetables.

So how to make a breakfast in 5 minutes? For example in this way:


  • handful of corn salad
  • handful of sprouts
  • 1/2 avocado
  • handful green olives
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice or 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Put corn salad and sprouts into a bowl. Peel avocado and slice it, add to salad together with olives. Pour some lemon juice or balsamic vinegar and olive oil, add salt and black pepper to taste.

Now I only need a slice of wholewheat bread and a cup of green tee and my breakfast is ready :).
